LB180
Who is LB180?
LB180 is a residential project with lights that create subtle accents, tight lines and an atmosphere complementing the interior.
About this project
We were asked to provide lights for multiple rooms, highlighting certain parts of the room and providing a cozy atmosphere to the overall room.
Our solution
We chose luminaires that provide abundant lighting yet compliment the interior in its whole. Depending on the room, we opted for a white or black finish. In the living room, we installed a eye-catcher by Occhio. For the bedroom we also chose pendants that catch the eye when one walks into the room.
Living area
For the master bedroom we opted for the FLOS IC Lights collection on each side of the bed. This created the focus when walking into the bedroom yet not blinding when using the lamps for reading during the evenings when in the bed. In the home office, we accentuated certain corners, providing lights along the room instead of in the centre. This room is installed with solely white luminaires from the KURO. collection: KURO. EVO 40 pendants, KURO. EVO 40 asymmetrical 2.0 spots and the KURO. Cube wall lamp.
For the living room and en suite kitchen we chose for the KURO. Sprint collection befitting three-phase tracks installed on a rectangular track. Three-phase tracks are great when the client wishes to add more light fittings on the track later on. KURO. Sprint spotlights are easy to adjust thanks to their rotatability and modality. They can be attached to a track system or fixed to the ceiling with a base. Moreover, most KURO. lamps can connect to the Casambi app, allowing you to control your lights remotely. You can thus adjust the dimming setting and colour temperature to your liking. Above the dining table, a magnificent Mito Sospeso hangs in the centre, providing a needed eye-catcher in this part of the room.
Also in the bathroom, you will find Occhio lights: the io verticale wall lamps. These lights provide indirect lighting and give the basin area a cozy atmosphere.
