Based in Antwerp, Moreau Piano Service specialises in servicing and repairing grand pianos. In addition, they offer a service of buying and selling second-hand (grand) pianos.

A unique project highlighting both artisan service and products.

Since several elements play an important role here, such as the products against the walls as well as the workspace at the back, we opted for track lighting running centrally through the shop. Complemented with track lighting in the workspace. For this, we chose the following luminaires: the Kuro Lens Zoom and the Zumi Copter On Track. Both luminaire types are suitable for three-phase tracks and ideal for retail spaces and shop windows.

Due to the unique nature of this piano shop, we also wanted to install lighting that would maximise the products and services available.

Zumi's Copters are 359° rotatable and serve here as general lighting for the shop. Kuro's spotlights, on the other hand, serve to specifically highlight the pianos. These are Plug & Play: easy to place on the rail and switch on. They also have an adjustable beam; adjustable by turning the lens from 13° to 52°.

With these light fittings, we were able to illuminate all the pianos on the sides and the owner can adjust or move them as desired.

For the workspace, we chose the Copters to provide diffused light and used a Kuro Lens Zoom above one of the pianos to provide additional light on the work table.
